Thank you for choosing Soft Blooms Social to be part of your celebration. Our goal is to provide a beautiful, seamless and memorable experience for you and your guests.

A 30% non-refundable retainer and signed service agreement are required to reserve your event date and time.

Your date is not considered reserved until both the signed agreement and retainer have been received.

The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event. Events booked within 14 days require payment in full at the time of booking.

All retainers are non-refundable because your event date and equipment are reserved specifically for you.

If you need to reschedule, please contact Soft Blooms Social as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to transfer your booking to a new date, subject to availability.

Payments already made may be applied to one rescheduled event occurring within 12 months of the original event date, subject to availability.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are responsible for the remaining contracted balance.

Your package includes the service time stated in your agreement.

Service time begins and ends at the contracted times. Setup and breakdown performed by Soft Blooms Social are not deducted from your purchased service time.

If your event begins late due to circumstances outside of Soft Blooms Social’s control, the original contracted end time will remain unless additional time is purchased and available.

Additional event time may be added for $150 per hour, subject to availability.

The client is responsible for ensuring that Soft Blooms Social has timely access to the venue and an appropriate area for setup.

The setup area must be level, safe and reasonably close to an appropriate electrical outlet.

The client is responsible for obtaining any venue approvals required for our equipment.

Parking fees, valet charges, tolls or special venue access fees may be added to the final invoice when applicable.

For the safety of all guests, Soft Blooms Social attendants have final authority over operation of the 360 booth.

Guests must follow attendant instructions, platform capacity requirements and safety procedures.

Running, jumping, horseplay or intentionally unsafe behavior on or around the equipment is prohibited.

Soft Blooms Social reserves the right to temporarily stop or discontinue operation if conditions become unsafe.

Children must be appropriately supervised by a responsible adult while using or standing near Soft Blooms Social equipment.

The client agrees to take reasonable steps to prevent intentional misuse of Soft Blooms Social equipment by guests.

The client may be responsible for repair or replacement costs resulting from intentional damage, theft, excessive misuse or damage caused by guests beyond ordinary wear and tear.

Outdoor services require prior approval.

Equipment must be placed on a dry, level and protected surface with adequate protection from rain, excessive wind, direct water exposure and other unsafe weather conditions.

Soft Blooms Social reserves the right to stop or relocate services when weather or environmental conditions could endanger guests, attendants or equipment.

Some features, including text, email, QR or social sharing, may depend on venue internet or cellular connectivity.

If connectivity is limited during the event, available content may be delivered or uploaded after service is restored.

Clients are responsible for informing guests that they are voluntarily recording audio or video messages.

Soft Blooms Social will make reasonable efforts to preserve and deliver successfully recorded files; however, clients are encouraged to download and securely back up delivered files promptly after receiving them.

Events outside the standard service area may require additional travel, parking, toll, lodging or transportation fees. Any applicable charges will be disclosed before booking.

By submitting payment and signing the Soft Blooms Social service agreement, the client acknowledges and agrees to the applicable booking, payment, cancellation and event policies.
